  • the container was placed in a location inaccessible to the collection vehicle;
  • access to the container was obstructed by other objects or circumstances at the collection site.

Please ensure that, on the scheduled collection day, the container is placed in a location that is easily accessible to both the collection crew and the collection vehicle.
