• For the collection of municipal-type residual waste, recyclable waste, or biowaste, non-residential users will NOT conclude individual contracts with our company, as the service is provided automatically under the contract mentioned above.
• The purchase and/or rental of the collection containers, meaning bins and/or containers required for each fraction, as well as sizing them according to the waste generation rate, must ensure that their capacity is appropriate and that their filling level allows collection according to the frequency established in the contract.
• Waste must be correctly separated into the six fractions and placed in the corresponding container. Otherwise, the operator will refuse collection.

• Our company will ensure that the quantity of separately collected waste from each non-residential user is recorded, both in urban and rural areas, in cubic metres.

• Our company will issue a confirmation slip certifying the quantity and type of waste collected. The non-residential user is required to sign and/or stamp the confirmation slip and keep one copy.

• Our company will separately report to the Intercommunity Development Association Ecolect Mureș and to the town halls of the served localities the records of the quantities collected individually from each non-residential user.

• The non-residential user, meaning the legal entity, will pay the value of the collection service provided by our company to the town hall of the locality where it carries out its activity, based on the quantities collected by fraction, as stated on the confirmation slips.

• Information regarding the special sanitation fees, expressed in lei/m³ per waste fraction, must be requested from the town hall where the non-residential user will make the payment.
